Metabolic Efficiency™ testing is different from other physiology testing protocols because it is a submaximal test utilizing indirect calorimetry to accurately measure carbon dioxide expenditure and oxygen consumption during rest and exertion. The assessment can be done running via treadmill or cycling via CompuTrainer | Wahoo Kickr.
